WHAT IS M7 INDUSTRIAL PARK
M7 Industrial Park
is a project promoted by the Direct Investment FundM7 Industrial Park is an up-to-date industrial site located on the border between Kazan city (Moskovsky district) and Zelenodolsky region of the Republic of Tatarstan, 300 meters from M7 Volga federal highway, and in close vicinity to OAO Kazanorgsintez. The park occupies 39.5 hectares, including 31.5 hectares allocated for projected floor space.
M7 Industrial Park was established with the aim to transfer industrial Greenfield land lots into ownership. Existing utilities allows to startup the production immediately. The site is administrated by the professional management company, ensuring its smooth functioning and ready to support resident's business project to the full extent.
In 2015, M7 Industrial Park was officially registered as a legal entity of small and medium enterprise framework of the Republic of Tatarstan. This experience is currently used when establishing industrial sites in other Russian regions (Novosibirsk region, Tyumen region, the Republic of Komi).
